Compass Insurance Group Inc is looking for motivated individuals that are passionate about customer service, attentive problem solvers, and execute day-to-day responsibilities.
Positions in the insurance agency include sales representative, underwriter, and customer service representative. Presenting completed quote to client and closing sale by using strong communication skills. Prioritize and manage multiple relationships and responsibilities. Provides superior sales service, ensures customer satisfaction, and identifies additional sales opportunities when needed.

Required:
High School graduate or equivalent plus equivalent of 1-3 years of related outside/sales experience. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills. Basic computer proficiency with beginner spreadsheet skills, Internet research and Outlook/email systems.

Desired:
1. Some related outside/territory sales or service experience.
2. Intermediate knowledge of word processing; beginner knowledge of presentation software (MS Office)
3. Knowledge of some of the following languages is a plus: Polish, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Romanian, Russian.
